Qualifications
- CCN1 (Domestic Core Element) and CENWAT1 (Domestic Gas Central Heating Boilers and Water Heaters) are required.
- CKR1, HTR1, LPG, Part L, Part G, Unvented Hot Water, OFTEC-or-equivalent are desirable.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Proficiency in diagnosing boiler faults, annual servicing, and installation work is expected.
- Health and safety procedures knowledge to ensure a safe working environment.
- Proficient use of mobile technology for on-site information and reporting.

As a Gas Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our properties, ensuring they meet our high standards and customer expectations.
This role is a mobile role, working predominately in the Bath area. You will ideally be based within a 30 minute commute of this patch.

This role is being offered on a full/part time permanent/fixed term basis working 40 hours per week.

- Post-Qualification Experience: Proven experience in the gas industry, with a strong understanding of responsive maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing boiler faults, performing annual servicing, and carrying out installation work.
- Customer Focus: Experience working in customers' homes, demonstrating a professional and positive approach.
- Health and Safety Awareness: Knowledge of health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- IT Skills: Proficient in the use and application of mobile technology.
- Driving Licence: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with LPG and Oil systems is desirable.
Please note: This role is not eligible for a Cos. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the role without a CoS.
