Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking a Gas Service and Repair Engineer to join a private sector service and repair contract. You will diagnose, service and repair domestic boilers and systems across major brands.

Requirements include Gas Safe registration, own van and tools, a full UK driving licence, and domestic experience. Expect to handle 6–8 jobs per day in your chosen location.

Qualifications

• Own Gas Safe Registration and Gas Flue Analyser.
• Own van and tools.
• Full UK clean driving licence.
• Domestic experience.
• Competent with boiler diagnostics, servicing, installation, maintenance & repairs across major brands.
• Strong customer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform gas service, maintenance and repairs on boilers and systems for private sector clients.
• Diagnose faults and carry out servicing across major boiler brands.
• Work on domestic and small commercial installations.
• Manage workload to accommodate 6–8 jobs per day in your chosen location.

Job Title: Gas Service and Repair Engineer

Salary: OTE £1600 per week

We are currently recruiting Gas Engineers to take on a service and repair contract on behalf of a market leading company. all works will be in the private sector and all jobs will be sent via a pda. The successful Gas Engineer will receive 6-8 jobs a day all based in your chosen working location. in order to take on this position as a service and repair engineer, the successful gas engineer must meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements

• Own Gas Safe Registration, with Gas Flue Analyser
• Own Van and Tools
• Hold a full UK Clean driving licence
• Domestic experience
• Competent with all boiler diagnostics, servicing, installation, maintenance & repairs, across all major brands
• Strong customer skills

Desired

• Experience managing own workload
• Qualified installer of vented and unvented cylinders
• Ability to work confidently in high end properties

Qualifications

• Domestic and/or Commercial Gas qualifications
