Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a skilled tradesperson to support kitchen refurbishment projects across the region. The role includes carrying out CP4 morning and evening checks where required, CP12 on completion, cap off kitchen supply for rip out, and first fix plumbing to kitchens.

Relocation of radiators, gas cooker connections on completion of works, and ensuring stop taps are replaced as needed. The candidate will work on site with attention to safety and compliance, delivering quality

• Cap off kitchen supply for rip out of existing kitchen
• Carry out first fix plumbing to kitchen
• Relocation of radiators where required
• Plumb in gas cooker on completion of works
• Relocate cooker point if required
• Replace stop tap if required
