Job summary

Haven is seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to perform LPG gas maintenance across our accommodations and park facilities. This on-site role is pivotal for keeping gas systems safe, compliant, and fully functional, contributing to guest comfort and safety.

The position requires full Gas Engineer qualification with LPG certification and experience in residential/commercial settings, with a preference for holiday home work. Independent work and teamwork are both essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Gas Engineer with valid LPG certification.
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial gas engineering.
• Previous experience working on holiday homes (preferred, but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and a commitment to working safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain LPG gas systems and appliances in our accommodations and park facilities.
• Efficiently identify and resolve issues related to gas supply, heating, and appliances, following industry standards and regulations.
• Provide timely and effective response to gas-related emergencies, prioritising guest and team safety, minimising disruptions.
• Conduct regular gas safety inspections, keep detailed records, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the wider maintenance team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.

Position: Gas Engineer Type: Full-Time / Permanent Salary: £30,000 Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Gas Engineer! As an on-site Gas Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic Maintenance team, responsible for providing gas maintenance across our accommodations and park facilities. Your expertise will help keep our park’s facilities safe, functional, and comfortable for our guests, ensuring they enjoy a relaxing and worry-free stay.
