Job summary

Cmsol in the Chippenham/Swindon area is recruiting Domestic Gas Engineers to service or repair gas appliances in private and social housing. You will work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm as PAYE employed, with a brand new van and full kit provided.

There are also opportunities to earn extra through overtime and call out if requested. You should have at least 2 years’ experience, a valid UK driving licence (max 6 points), and be able to pass a basic national security check at offer stage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience servicing various gas appliances.
• UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to pass a basic national security check at offer stage.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and breakdown work on domestic gas appliances in private and social housing.
• Maintain safety and compliance for landlords gas safety records.
• Work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, with options for overtime and callouts.

Domestic Gas Engineers required for servicing or breakdown work on domestic properties, being a mix of private and social housing properties. This large organisation is interested in qualified, experienced gas engineers that can commit to a full working week Mon-Fri 8am-5pm as PAYEemployed. There are also other opportunities to earn extra through O/T and call out if requested. Ideal gas engineers will be based in or near the areas above.

A successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking and driven to deliver the very best service to all of our clients and their residents. They will have an excellent attitude and will always be looking to learn and develop. They will be effective communicators who can contribute to and strengthen the team as well as being able to work and solve on their own initiative. A successful candidate will have relevant and recent experience servicing various types of gas appliances and will be used to carrying out landlords gas safety records. They will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and with a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. They must be able to pass a basic national security check (completed at the job offer stage)
