Job summary

PH Jones is recruiting for a field-based role delivering servicing and maintenance in domestic social housing properties, prioritising first-time fixes with the backing of a 24/7 network. The position offers a competitive basic salary of £33,302.98 with realistic earnings up to £45,000, plus an extensive benefits package including healthcare, 25 days holiday, and a company van with fuel card.

Full-time, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Minimum 2 years of qualified experience.
• Knowledge of PH Jones and British Gas safety procedures and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance in domestic social housing properties.
• Aim for first-time fixes with support from a 24/7 network.

Your role

You will be carrying out servicing and maintenance in domestic Social Housing properties, aiming for first-time fixes with the support of our 24/7 network

What we need from you

• Hold a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points
• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Hold 2 year’s minimum qualified experience
• Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards whilst offering excellent customer service
