Bimplus in North London is seeking an experienced Gas Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a newly secured contract across North London. You will manage gas maintenance contracts, oversee teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance and high performance.

Working alongside clients and operations, you will monitor KPIs, drive service delivery, and maintain strong relationships. A company vehicle or car, pension, and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance or compliance contracts.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Gas industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Lead the Delivery of Essential Gas Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Gas Contracts Manager to take ownership of a newly secured contract across North London. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in contract management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service standards.

Working alongside operational teams, engineers, and clients, you will ensure gas maintenance and compliance programmes are delivered effectively, safely, and in line with contractual expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Gas Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day‑to‑day operation of gas maintenance contracts. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring service delivery targets are achieved while maintaining strong customer relationships and high levels of compliance.

Key Responsibilities
