Job summary

Pacifica is seeking a Gas-Qualified Trainee White Goods Engineer to join our field-based team in Swindon. No prior white goods experience is required as we provide full, fully funded training to become a skilled domestic appliance engineer.

CCN1 and CKR1 are essential. You’ll receive mentorship, a company van, tools, tablet and uniform, plus 30 days leave and an uncapped bonus potential with OTE £50k+. This is a great entry path into appliance engineering with strong long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Holds CCN1 and CKR1 Gas qualifications
• Full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Practical mechanical or electrical mindset
• Able to work independently in customers' homes
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Motivated to learn and develop a new technical skill set

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances
• Use developing mechanical, electrical and gas skills to identify faults
• Carry out repairs safely, efficiently and professionally
• Use engineer software to manage jobs and record repair details
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly to customers
• Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training and mentoring
