Job summary

Motel Rocks Group Ltd in London is seeking a focused Garment Technologist to drive high-quality product across our fashion collections. You will collaborate with design and supply teams to ensure fit, construction and brand standards meet critical path deadlines.

Based in London with hybrid working (minimum 3 days in Shoreditch office), the role offers exposure to multi-product categories, progression pathways, and a supportive environment for technical development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a Garment Tech team, ideally within a fast paced fashion environment.
• Experience fitting garments, with a strong understanding of garment construction.
• Working knowledge of garment grading and specifications.
• Confident communicator with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Calm disposition and ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support technical development & fit across Motel categories.
• Maintain fit consistency across each collection and ensure brand standards.
• Create Product Development Packs with accurate information for sampling.
• Work with suppliers on fabric sourcing to ensure fit for purpose.
• Manage fit sessions and update tech packs with clear fit comments.
