Job description

A contemporary womenswear brand is looking to appoint a Multi-Product Garment Technologist on a 3-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work across jersey, knitwear, denim, and wovens, ensuring the highest standards of fit and quality are delivered throughout the product lifecycle.

Based at their Shepherd's Bush head office, with some flexibility for remote working, the role is ideal for a proactive and technically confident Garment Technologist with either brand or supplier-side experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing fit sessions across multiple product categories, providing clear technical feedback and actioning amendments
  • Measuring and preparing all incoming samples, identifying out-of-tolerance specs and quality concerns
  • Creating and maintaining style workbooks, managing style codes, fit comments and approvals throughout the process
  • Liaising with factories to ensure accurate specifications, consistent fit, and on-time sample delivery
  • Signing off shipments and ensuring wash care, composition labels and test reports meet requirements
  • Supporting clear communication between Buying, Design, Customer Services and the warehouse team
  • Taking ownership of technical processes across key categories and supporting workflow efficiencies
Person specification
  • Experience in garment technology across multi-product categories including jersey, knitwear, denim, and wovens
  • Confident managing fit sessions and providing detailed, commercial technical feedback
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
  • Experience in either brand or supplier environments considered
