Job summary

Universal Business Team in Buckingham is seeking a Production Operative to apply heat seal transfers to workwear and clothing, conduct quality inspections, and prepare orders for dispatch.

You will fold, pack, and label garments, maintain a clean work area, and follow health and safety procedures while meeting daily production targets. The role offers a stable day shift with meals provided through lunch and a probationary salary progression.

• Folding, packing, and labelling clothing ready for shipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assisting with other warehouse and production tasks as required.
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.
