NTW Solutions Limited is seeking a Gardener to join the Estates Team at Northgate Hospital. The role includes maintenance of external grounds, adherence to safety standards, and participation in an on-call rota. A welcome bonus of £2.5K is offered, with terms discussed at interview.

The position pays Band A £12.92 per hour, with responsibilities covering grounds care, equipment operation, and responsive repairs to keep the site safe and welcoming for patients, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Produce work to a consistently high standard.
• Able to follow operational policies and procedures.
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
• Must be able to meet the mobility requirements of the post.
• Trained in the use of mobile work platforms.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
