Job summary

Care UK is seeking a dedicated Gardener to maintain and refresh our outdoor spaces, ensuring they look welcoming and promote resident wellbeing.

You will work closely with residents, colleagues and contractors, bringing initiative to solve problems and using available resources creatively. This role focuses on care, teamwork and delivering quality outdoor environments for our communities.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability in grounds maintenance and outdoor care.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds to a high standard.
• Ensure external spaces are inviting and support resident wellbeing.
