Permanent, Full Time

Working hours: 7.30am-4.00pm (some flexibility required)

Salary range: £28k+ (depending on experience)

Location: Penn, High Wycombe, Bucks

What are we looking for?

We need a skilled and experienced gardener to join our small busy team, managing gardens largely in and around South Buckinghamshire, and to work across a range of high‑end gardens. The successful candidate will take responsibility for their development and improvement.

  • Skilled in shaping topiary
  • Able to prune roses and wisteria
  • Great plant knowledge and keen to share it with the team
  • Capable of identifying and controlling pests and diseases
  • Can manage and develop a herbaceous border
  • Select plants for the right places and suggest these for clients
  • Holder of a valid driving licence
