THE PIG Hotels (Home Grown Hotels) are seeking a skilled Bartender for their Honiton bar. The role runs 35 hours per week over five days, with OTE £14.81 per hour inclusive of tronc. Experience in cocktails and a passion for trends are valued as you help create unique drinks using garden-sourced ingredients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a similar role.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to mix modern twists.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
• Provide creative service to guests and maintain high standards.
• Keep bar stocked and maintain knowledge of drinks and ingredients.
