Qualifications

• Proven experience in organic and no-dig food growing.
• Demonstrable conservation and land-management expertise.
• Confident in delivering inclusive activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the gardens.
• Plan and deliver seasonal horticultural and conservation programmes.
• Oversee biodiversity projects and site maintenance.
