C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Garden Centre Assistant Manager for its Deeside operation in Flintshire. The role centers on leading a busy indoor retail area, driving sales, and delivering a superb customer experience.
You will work alongside the Garden Centre Manager to ensure the centre is well-presented and profitable. The ideal candidate brings hands-on retail leadership, strong people management, and a passion for merchandising.
Competenze
- Previous experience in a retail leadership role.
- Strong commercial mindset with sales targets.
- Excellent people management and coaching skills.
- Great merchandising and presentation standards.
- Good organisational skills in a busy environment.
- Interest in gardening or homeware is a plus.

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Drive sales, profitability and store performance.
