KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Garden Centre Assistant Manager for our Brookside Garden Centre in the UK. You will support the Garden Centre Manager and take responsibility for daily operations, stock control, merchandising, and customer service to achieve sales targets.

You’ll lead, train and motivate your team, develop product knowledge, and ensure high standards of presentation and housekeeping across the site. The role offers a competitive salary and strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation: stock levels, merchandising, and customer service.
• Inspire teams to create displays with accurate POS.
• Develop team in customer service, merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Handle daily administrative/back office tasks.
• Support smooth warehouse and goods in process.
• Oversee regular cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
