The Assistant Surveyor - Garages will support the effective management and administration of the Council's garage portfolio, ensuring that property records, occupancy information, inspections, licences, repairs and compliance information are accurate and up to date.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Property Management or a similar qualification, or equivalent relevant practical experience, along with knowledge of property records, budgetary systems and property-related legal documentation.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Property Management or equivalent (or practical experience).
• Knowledge of property records, budgetary systems and property-related legal documentation.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update digital systems, databases and spreadsheets, ensuring information is accurate and GDPR compliant.
• Prepare and issue garage licence agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Identify and resolve routine property management issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Support asset management activities, including property rationalisation and service development.
