  • Drive the design definition phase of learning solution projects: prepare and facilitate design workshops and follow up activities to translate needs into innovative, high‑level design.
  • Provide expert design consultation and coaching: help other team members to execute on the high level design including designing content, project management and learning technology (including related possibilities and limitations).
  • Perform design reviews: including reviewing scripts, instructor notes and online solutions to ensure fit for purpose use of interactivity, media and interface design.
  • Develop and maintain best practice guidance: on adult learning theory and learning experience design for use across GAQ-L&E.
  • Share knowledge with the core project team, the globally dispersed GAQ-L&E team and the Global PwC Learning & Development community.
  • You demonstrate curiosity with a strong drive to explore new topics and technologies, ask insightful questions, and seek deeper understanding. You actively pursue new information, challenge assumptions, and connect ideas to uncover meaningful insights and opportunities.
  • You embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
  • You have a strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices with a breadth of experience working on interactive, cutting edge solutions.
  • You deeply understand customer needs, build long‑term relationships, and maintain focus on delivering agreed objectives and solutions.
  • You are proficient in end‑to‑end design processes for both classroom and digital learning design and development.
  • You are aware of established and emerging learning‑industry tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond, Gomo, GenAI).
  • You can effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders and the wider team - verbally and through visuals, mock‑ups, proof of concepts etc.
  • You possess strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively across teams to achieve common goals.
