Qualifications

• Proven experience as a product or UI-UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of design principles, systems, and visual storytelling.
• Sharp design eye with a focus on aesthetic quality.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to conceptualise and execute new ideas.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define design strategy.
• Translate concepts into cohesive, high-fidelity designs.
• Create thorough designs that cover every scenario and platform.
• Use feedback to improve outcomes and challenge existing processes.
• Develop and maintain style guides to ensure consistency.
• Partner with Developers to build rich prototypes for user flows and interactions.
• Review and restructure content within designed areas.
• Research the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Present designs and rationale at project meetings and walkthroughs.
• Remain flexible and responsive to evolving requirements and feedback.
