1X2 Network in Brighton seeks a Mathematics-focused Analyst to design and optimize online and retail slot games. You will work with Back-End and Front-End teams and use data to monitor live performance, develop mathematical models, and ensure engaging gameplay.

Ideal candidates bring strong probability, Monte Carlo, and OOP skills, with experience in slot mechanics and AI-assisted tooling, contributing to high-quality game development.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience developing mathematical models for slot machines.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong knowledge of combinatorics, probability theory, and quantitative analysis.
• Experience conducting Monte Carlo simulations and refining models.
• Proficiency in Python and OOP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver new slot titles and other iGaming games.
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Maintain and monitor existing and upcoming games using performance data.
• Collaborate across disciplines to test, refine, and improve game concepts.
