Job summary

Pentasia is seeking a Games Manager to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of online competitions across product, marketing, compliance, customer experience and technology. You will shape engaging, fair and commercially successful formats.

You will line-manage the Games Developer(s), drive the team forward as the company grows, collaborate cross-functionally and ensure timely delivery within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Games Management, preferably with a creative/design/producer background.
• Strong understanding of online competitions, gaming or digital entertainment sectors.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in reporting tools and performance analytics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated gaming, gambling or competition industries.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering competition and games strategy.
• Designing and launching new competition formats, mechanics and promotional campaigns.
• Managing the full competition lifecycle from concept through to completion.
• Monitoring performance, participation trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring all competitions comply with UK legislation, ASA guidance, the CAP Code and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate competition rules, terms and conditions and operational processes.
• Producing regular reports on key performance indicators and business insights.
• Leading and developing the Games Developer(s) within the team.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure competitions are delivered smoothly and on time.
