We're looking for a creative and systems‑minded Gameplay Designer to join our team and help shape the moment‑to‑moment experience of our games. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of player interaction, pacing, and mechanics to contribute to the design of engaging, responsive gameplay in immersive worlds. As a Gameplay Designer, you'll work closely with design, code, and art teams to prototype, implement, and refine gameplay systems that feel great to play. You'll be involved in everything from combat and traversal to player feedback and progression, ensuring that every mechanic supports the overall vision of the game.

Responsibilities
  • Design and prototype gameplay systems, mechanics, and features.
  • Collaborate with programmers and artists to implement and iterate on gameplay elements, such as combat and AI systems.
  • Balance and tune gameplay to ensure a satisfying player experience.
  • Create and maintain clear design documentation.
  • Work with QA to identify and resolve gameplay bugs and issues.
