POSITION SUMMARY

The FXAIR Sales Manager will be a motivated and driven individual, eager to build a strong client portfolio while contributing to FXAIR's growth in the market. With a focus on developing new business and maintaining client relationships, the ideal candidate will possess some prior experience in sales or business development and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment. While experience in aviation is beneficial, it is not essential. The successful candidate will be adaptable, coachable, and committed to learning and growing within the organisation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively engage in outbound sales efforts to build a client base and drive new business.
  • Effectively handle inbound opportunities to secure bookings and generate revenue.
  • Identify and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Flexjet sales team to identify shared ownership opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue, margins, and client acquisition.
  • Log all sales activities and interactions in the FXAIR Salesforce CRM.
  • Respond swiftly and professionally to all inbound leads, focusing on securing new business.
  • Maximise each sales opportunity while nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Adapt sales approaches based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with Client Service and Revenue Management teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and approved operator networks.
  • Ensure all bookings are managed professionally from enquiry to handover.
  • Represent the FXAIR brand positively and contribute to the organisation’s culture.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • BA degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred, but not essential.
  • Some experience in sales, business development, or account management is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Language skills are advantageous.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Legal eligibility to work in the European Union.
  • Willingness to travel to corporate offices as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Hunger for success and a drive to exceed sales targets.

SCHEDULE

  • Must be able and willing to work early and late shifts, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.
