Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) FX Technical Onboarding team leads customers through onboarding journeys, testing FIX APIs, and certifying trading software for FX venues such as FXall, Price Stream and Matching. This role focuses on configuring FX customer settings, organizing network enablements, and acting as the primary liaison for buy- and sell-side clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a technical or financial field.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of FIX messaging protocol and trading workflows.
• Experience with certification/conformance testing in trading software.

Responsibilities

• Onboard FX customers to platforms such as FXall and Price Stream.
• Create and update FX customer configurations; organize network enablements.
• Certify FIX messages against internal LSEG FX specifications.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to handle entitlements and data.
• Develop automated solutions to streamline onboarding and testing.
