What role will you play?

As a Change Manager, you will play a vital role in managing a wide range of initiatives across the breadth of the Futures business, acting as an SME and change leader. Your role will involve project scoping, planning and delivery as well as providing business updates to senior management. Additionally, you will lead or support global strategic initiatives as part of the global platform change team.

  • 3–7 years of experience in driving change across Futures teams including trading, trading operations, risk management, compliance, trade/market surveillance, or internal audit functions
  • Strong business writing, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience in regulatory change management projects
  • Regulatory knowledge, including a deep understanding of MIFID II, EMIR and CCP and Exchange Rulebooks
  • Presentation skills for supervisory meeting decks
  • Ability to lead or collaborate within a cross-functional team and work with numerous stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Futures products
