Job summary

EY UK is seeking high-potential graduates for its Risk Consulting Graduate Programme. You’ll shape risk strategies, support clients to manage risk, and strengthen controls through technology, data and AI. You’ll work in high-performing teams, solve complex challenges, and gain hands-on experience with training and qualifications.

Start date September 2027; a two-year programme across multiple risk domains, with professional qualification and exposure to digital risk, compliance and governance.

• Engage with a portfolio of clients to understand their business and improve processes and controls.
• Deliver risk consulting services across digital risk, regulation and compliance using technology and insight.
• Communicate findings clearly with teams and clients to influence decisions.
• Build skills through hands-on experience and ongoing training and qualifications.
