Your expertise with MBSE tools such as DOORS and Rhapsody will be essential for requirements gathering and system trade studies. Experience with weapons and missile systems will allow you to contribute to defining new concepts and solutions. This role blends technical leadership with business development and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic environment.

Based in Bristol, this position offers a hybrid working pattern with 3–4 days on‑site per week, promoting collaboration and flexibility. It is ideal for systems engineers who thrive in early concept phases and enjoy driving innovation.
