The Subject The Future Global Leaders Programme is a two-week course designed for students aspiring to make an impact through diplomacy, policy, and international cooperation. Teachers guide learners through international relations, global economics, and human rights, helping them develop a global mindset. Lessons include debates, model United Nations sessions, and scenario-based simulations that build critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Collaboration with peers from diverse backgrounds fosters cultural understanding and empathy. Leadership workshops develop the ability to inspire, influence, and adapt strategies across contexts. Through expert guidance, teachers equip students with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to lead on a global stage.

Remuneration: You will be paid a gross amount of £815 per week, paid weekly in arrears and subject to statutory deductions. This amount includes holiday pay at 12.07% of your basic weekly pay, where your basic weekly pay is £727.22, and the holiday pay element totals £87.78. Working Hours: A normal working week for Teachers will consist of up to 45 hours per week over six working days.
