Job summary

Royal London is offering a Graduate Enterprise Leadership Programme starting September 2027. This two-year fixed-term scheme includes three placements across the Royal London Group to build judgement, commercial understanding and leadership capability.

You will gain experience in different teams, disciplines and UK locations, with hybrid working (50% home/office) and a strong support network to help you succeed in a future enterprise leadership role.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level applicants with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in technology, data and problem solving is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three placements across Royal London Group.
• Support real business projects and decision-making with data insights.
