Oadby Plastics in Swindon is seeking an ambitious Commercial & Operations Manager to develop into the future Branch Manager over four to five years. This is not a pure sales role; you will gain exposure across sales, people, operations, customer service and commercial performance while working closely with the current Branch Manager and the wider management team.

• Experience in a distribution or commercially focused environment.
• Experience leading, supervising, coaching or influencing other people.
• Commercial mindset with ability to interpret performance data and drive profit.
