OurCoop is the UK’s largest independent co-operative Society, operating nationwide with a network of care centres. The Funeral Services Co-ordinator will manage the fleeting diary and day-to-day operations, ensuring compassionate care for families and smooth funeral services.
You will work with the Funeral Operations Lead to develop colleagues, monitor budgets, and ensure paperwork and regulatory compliance across sites. Strong IT and organisational skills are essential.

Joining us as Funeral Services Co-ordinator, you’ll be coordinating the fleeting diary and day-to-day operations of allocated care centre(s).
You’ll help to ensure exceptional levels of care for people who have died, and the funeral service.
