Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service roles preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and moving coffins.
  • Willingness to learn new technology and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and the community.
  • Support clients in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming funeral home environment.
  • Manage client documentation and invoicing using technology.
  • Refer regulated work to Funeral Plan Arrangers.
  • Assist with manual handling of coffins.
  • Update client management applications.
