Job summary

Eclectic Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a highly regarded international law firm in London, is seeking a Funds Associate with 1–4 PQE and investment funds experience to join its growing funds team.

You will advise on the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds, draft fund documentation, and support fund managers throughout the lifecycle while collaborating with corporate, regulatory and tax colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years PQE
• Experience in investment funds or fund formation
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Excellent communication and commercial approach

Eclectic Recruitment is working with a highly regarded international law firm in London, that is looking to recruit a Funds Associate into its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 1–4 PQE lawyer with experience in investment funds to join a well-established practice, advising an impressive client base across a broad range of private funds matters.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Advising on the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds
• Drafting and negotiating fund documentation
• Advising fund managers and sponsors throughout the fund lifecycle
• Acting on investor‑side matters and reviewing investment documentation
• Working closely with colleagues across corporate, regulatory and tax teams

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• 1–4 years’ PQE
• Experience within investment funds, private funds and/or fund formation
• Training and/or post‑qualification experience with a recognised UK, international or specialist law firm
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach
