Job summary

Barnsley Hospital Charity is seeking a passionate Fundraising Officer to develop fundraising opportunities, build relationships with supporters, and help deliver events and campaigns that inspire involvement at Barnsley Hospital.

You will work with a small team to turn community support into a real difference for patients and staff, coordinating activities and communicating with a wide range of people.

Qualifications

• Experience in office-based admin support roles.
• Experience with content management or CRM systems.
• Experience in the charity sector.
• Experience in a hospital/health-related service environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire individuals and groups to raise funds and support campaigns.
• Develop fundraising activities and coordinate events.
• Identify new opportunities to grow income.
• Provide supporters with an excellent experience.
