We are looking for someone passionate about building powerful relationships with an understanding of how our messaging and storytelling can connect with existing and potential supporters. The job holder must have a strong understanding of what motivates people to support Ormiston Families and how to attract them to our cause.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team and high-performing trusts and grants team and driving strategic income growth. You will also spearhead new and innovative fundraising initiatives to diversify revenue streams and support the charity's long-term sustainability.

The post advertised is a full-time (35 hours per week), temporary position (12 months Maternity cover).

The salary for this post is £44,115 per annum.
