A recruitment agency is seeking a Fundraising Manager to develop and implement strategies for funding opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, the ability to cultivate relationships with donors, and a passion for the performing arts. This position is hybrid, with a salary range of £30,000 - £37,500.
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid 50% in office)
