Job description

Working hours: Full time (but open to 4 days / 30 hours per week)

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, values-driven charity at a genuinely exciting moment in its development. The Peak District National Park Foundation has grown substantially over recent years — raising over £1 million in 2025/26 — and you have an opportunity to build on this as we move into the next chapter of the organisation.

This role is broad and varied. You will look after a mixed portfolio of supporters and prospects and take the lead on building a pipeline of potential supporters, creating high impact proposals and pitches, and building long-term meaningful relationships with grant makers, businesses and individual donors. Just as importantly, you will grow a genuine community of supporters who feel personally connected to the Park - through appeals and other ways for people to get involved - and you will have the opportunity to explore and develop new fundraising streams to support the Foundation’s long-term sustainability.

We are looking for a talented individual with excellent relationship building skills and a passion for the Park to enhance and maximise the fundraising potential at the Foundation. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, proactive and imaginative fundraiser to make real impact and drive growth.
