Robert Half Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Temporary Fundraising Advisor to support a Cambridge-area not-for-profit campaign. The role focuses on fundraising strategy, funder outreach and relationship building to secure timely contributions.

You will research funders, prepare proposals and work with stakeholders to deliver a targeted plan within a 3-6 month window. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time considered, with a pay rate of £15-£20 per hour depending on experience.

Formación

• Fundraising experience is essential, ideally in corporate fundraising, sponsorship development, partnerships or major donor engagement.
• Experience identifying funding opportunities and securing financial contributions.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposal writing.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently to deliver results within tight timescales.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience within charity, not-for-profit or public sector is advantageous.
