Corporate New Business Lead

Location: Leatherhead (Hybrid - 1 day WFH)

Salary: Up to £34,000

Hours: Full-time (8:00-16:00 or 10:00-18:00)

The Role
  • Identify, approach and convert new corporate supporters.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitches to secure five‑ and six‑figure partnerships.
  • Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Lead on engagement events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in corporate fundraising, sponsorship or B2B business development.
  • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially minded, target‑driven, and highly organised.
  • (Desirable) Experience within the charity or not‑for‑profit sector.
