Job description

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm | Friday 8:30am–12:30pm / 36 hours per week

Pay Rate: £30,000 per annum

The NKF is seeking an experienced Fundraiser to support the growth of income across corporate partnerships, events and community fundraising. This role is suited to someone with proven fundraising experience who is confident building relationships, developing campaigns and generating income within a charity or not-for-profit environment.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and managing corporate fundraising partnerships and CSR opportunities
• Planning, promoting and delivering fundraising events and challenge campaigns
• Supporting and growing community fundraising initiatives and supporter engagement
• Managing relationships with fundraisers, supporters and volunteers
• Maintaining accurate fundraising records, income tracking and reporting

About you

• Proven experience working in a fundraising role (essential)
• Experience within a charity or not-for-profit organisation (desirable)
• A track record of generating income and meeting fundraising targets
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple fundraising activities
• Good IT skills, with experience using databases or CRM systems
