Overview

Join to apply for the Fundraiser role at Scripture Union England and Wales.

We’re looking for two experienced and driven fundraisers to join the team. The fundraising team works to a target of around £2m per year, generated from a range of channels and segments. The role contributes to our mission to reveal Jesus to the younger generations in England and Wales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising campaigns across multiple channels to help meet annual targets (around £2m).
  • Engage with supporters, volunteers, and partners to grow giving, donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute fundraising strategies aligned with the organisation’s mission.
  • Monitor performance, report on results, and drive continuous improvement in fundraising activities.
Qualifications
  • Experience in fundraising with a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Ability to manage funds, analyse donor data, and develop compelling proposals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Full-time, mid-senior level role.
