Job summary

93 MGMT is seeking a Fund Finance Manager to oversee quarterly valuations, fund accounting and investor reporting for its private equity activities in Europe, the UK and beyond.

You will review portfolio company performance, manage capital calls and distributions, and coordinate the fund audit with advisers. A strong eye for detail is essential for this role, which sits with the Head of Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience as fund accountant or auditing funds in practice.
• Understanding of fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Interest in reviewing portfolio company performance and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly valuation packs and review portfolio company management accounts and KPIs.
• Support fund and co-investment vehicle set-up, including equalisation, fees and DD responses.
• Review NAVs, capital accounts, management fees and carried interest calculations.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, investor allocations and cash forecasting.
• Run the fund audit and coordinate regulatory and tax filings with advisers.
• Support month-end reviews, intercompany reconciliations, budgets and FCA returns.
