Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Fund Finance products including NAV, Capital Call, and GP/LP structures.
• Prior experience in Loan Operations, ideally within a Fund Finance environment.
• Understanding of LMA documentation and ability to interpret key operational clauses.

Responsibilities

• Validate and co-ordinate all funding and flex requests.
• Review and interpret LMA loan documentation.
• Manage and resolve client queries.
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and lifecycle event management.
• Collaborate with TMG and Loan servicing.
• Contribute to process efficiency improvements.
