Job description

The successful candidate will join a collegiate and collaborative finance team, working closely with investment professionals, fund administrators, and external advisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fund-level accounting and financial reporting across GP, Carry, SCSp, and AssetCo structures
• Review NAVs, capital accounts, and investor allocations prepared by third-party administrators
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Ensure Lux GAAP compliance and lead audit processes
• Review carry and waterfall calculations in line with investor terms
• Manage capital calls, distributions, loan settlements, and cash reconciliations
• Monitor FX exposures, hedging, and fund-level financing facilities
• Coordinate Luxembourg tax filings, VAT returns, and transfer pricing documentation
• Prepare quarterly investor reports and performance dashboards
• Support Investor Relations with LP queries and due diligence
• Ensure compliance with AIFMD, CSSF, and FCA reporting requirements
• Participate in board meetings and support ESG/SFDR reporting initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent )with 2-3 years PQE in a fund accounting environment
• Strong understanding of fund structures, Management fees, Lux GAAP, and waterfall mechanics
• Familiarity with private credit products and fund tax principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and experienced in working with outsourced administrators
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• University degree or equivalent
