A leading real estate and private equity firm is seeking a talented individual for a diverse role involving client management and compliance in Co Sec duties. The position emphasizes coordination, coaching, and regulatory responsibilities, suited for candidates with relevant experience and educational qualifications.
This is a great opportunity for a driven and talented individual to work on varied projects and provide services for established and new Real Estate and Private Equity Funds. The role involves coordinating Co Sec duties, creating and maintaining investor registers and documents, performing calls and distributions, managing client records and cash flows, onboarding new clients, and coordinating client secretarial and regulatory needs. Additionally, responsibilities include coaching staff and completing KYC/AML policies for new investors.
This position is best suited to a commercially minded yet technically skilled individual, educated to at least A Levels with GCSE Mathematics and English. Preferably, candidates will be studying towards or have completed the ICSA Diploma or similar qualifications. Experience in real estate, private equity, trusts, and companies is desirable, especially with knowledge of corporate structures and SPV administration. Co Sec knowledge is a plus.
