Job summary

Thomas & Dessain in the United Kingdom is seeking an assistant to support the administration of private capital structures, including funds and corporates, delivering high service levels. You will help establish new structures, transition switch business, develop client and advisor relationships, and gain deep knowledge of clients' structures and market awareness.

You will assist with company secretarial matters, including agendas, board packs, and minutes, and handle routine fund operations

Qualifications

• Experience working in a funds or similar environment at a comparable level.
• Basic knowledge of AML/KYC legislation and requirements.
• ICSA/ACCA/ACA qualifications or studying toward are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of private capital structures (funds and corporates).
• Prepare agendas, board packs and minutes for company secretarial matters.
• Process routine fund operations such as investor calls and distributions.
• Prepare payment instructions for fund related expenses.
