Qualifications

• 4-6 years' experience in a Fund Accounting position within private markets.
• Experience working with direct lending Luxembourg funds highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in preparing distribution, management fee & waterfall calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage fund NAV calculations and reporting processes.
• Prepare dividend and distribution recommendations.
• Liaise with Fund Boards for internal metrics approvals.
