Qualifications

• Preferred Professional Teaching Qualification (QTS) or significant TA/Tutoring experience.
• Experience working with children/young people with SEND, SEMH, or other additional needs.
• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality functional skills sessions.
• Assess children's progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify individual learner needs and adapt teaching strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and progress.
• Be aware of children's emotional needs.
